Including Latino/a voices at all organizational levels, including in Learning and Development, can help create more inclusive environments and bring an additional perspective.
My guest is Alexander Salas, an award-winning learning experience designer, Storyline expert, and Chief of Awesomeness at eLearningLaunch.com, a project-based online learning experience for teachers, veterans, and students looking to transition into eLearning design.
